Ok, does anyone provide this service? how much do you charge in relation to foils?

I do
Its generally for short short hair, I would charge the same as I would say maybe the cap!
Its quick, but its still a skill!

oh i've seen this done in america. (on split ends) lol

they did it on long hair and i was cringing thinking that MUST bleed everywhere!!

is it a special bleach used? x

I do it a lot and charge as if for a regrowth tint application.

It doesnt bleed the bleach funny enough! but I do it as quite a dry mix (stiff as opposed to sloppy bleach) or I use tint.

It is not a substitute for foils as there is no uniform effect, but it is designed for a diffuse, sun kissed look.

We use to use Matrix Colour graphics using this method, It doesnt swell so no bleeding, and develops under heat in 15 mins, so is perfect when you dont have much time!
