Best glue method?

I apoligise in advance if this has been asked before, but what's your opinions on the best glue method for hair extensions:
Shrinkies
Fusion
Prebonds
Looking at adding more methods as I only currently over micro rings so want to expand a little on variety just slightly confused on which method is better x

Thanks can i just ask is fusion & prebonds pretty much the same thing? Sorry for the stupid question lol

Fusion should be bulk hair using a pot or gun, but theres blurred lines (like micro loop/ring) so always double check with your training provider what your getting.

You coukd add ultrasonic cold fusion to your list, thats flat square bonds, bit easier to remove without the rolling i find.

Thanks, they've said it's the flat bonds or pre made bonds but do show you how to apply with loose hair also
