Best product for rhinestone (hollywood bling) nail art??

hi there i have just done a nail repair using fibreglass for one nail on a client, was just wondering what is best to use when doing rhinestone nail art over the top of this..like the hollywood bling look. not sure if i should do it with gellux or with normal uv gel, not wanting to do it with acrylic though as its not her preference.. any idea's?? really want to do it for my client without worrying it will go wrong on the nail i have repaired

just to add to this also i am going to do all her nails which are natural and have nothing on them atm, but just wasn't sure on the one nail i had to repair..not come across this dilema yet!!
