Hi guys

At present we are a creative salon, however our new techniciation has a huge following however we have a problem, her clients love the coloured gel from bio gel. We have tried to convert them onto creative but they love the bio gel cours and the easy removal of there system. Does anyone know if creative have anything similar (ie coloured gel) or is there away of giving the same effect ie with enamel and gel?

Any help appreciated

I think perhaps Brisa Bolds may be the answer here but I have pm'd you regarding this!

I have noticed Bio clients are VERY loyal. Maybe you could incorporate both so you don't lose any of the customers she brings with her. I use a buff off for French and Bio for colour.

Hi

They certainly do have a loyal following. They tend to like the soak off effect on the nail rather than the buffing off? Do you find this

Brisa and Bio are two completely different things. File off and soak gels have a different feel. I would suggest offering the two alongside to keep her clients happy, unless you are prepared for her to rebuild a clientele.

I havent used Brisa but if I were you and have clients that love each for their own reasons then I would find a way of offering both.

To me a good technician is one that offers a choice of products for different clients needs.

I too would suggest that if possible offer both gels

Exactly. Part of it is also clever marketing on Bio's part - some clients think it's 'gentler' no matter what you say!

I have one client who switched to a buff off but went back to Bio because she didn't like the 'feel' of the harder gel. She liked the flexibility of Bio.

Best to have both options covered.....
