Blue/clear mascara?

Do any geeks know where I can get a blue or clear oil-free mascara to use with eyelash extensions?

I am doing a full set of blue lashes for my sister for her wedding and want to get her a mascara she can use. For obvious reasons I dont want it to be black and I also dont want to get her the clear coating sealant.

It needs to be oil-free /water based. They are all waterproof.
