Box dye bleach client help

I have a client who has box bleached her hair during lockdown. The roots are in need of lightening but I’m nervous as to what toner to use. What would you guys do? She has used twice, 3 level lightening 10/2 box dye (!!) I am second guessing myself
And don’t want to overly compromise the hair having already had so many treatments on it during lockdown.

I'd use a good quality bleach with 3%, apply to the hair away from the scalp allow it to process for 10-20mins then go back through and paint it on the root. Process until it's a level 10 then tone accordingly

Thanks so much. I was thinking maybe a high lift tiny but I really don’t think it will do the job. Thanks for your expertise
