Branding help please

Hello everyone,

I'm planing to open my own business but because elemis won't allow to advertise or resell their brand, and said using their name isn't allowed for my business.
Since I won't have their requirements, will I be still be able to perform elemis treatment/facials ?!

If you can’t sell it, surely it would make more sense to find another skincare brand that you can use, advertise and sell?

It doesn't sound like you're trying to make your life very easy. If Elemis have declined an account then that is your answer. Why would you want to use a brand for which you have no support and expensive margins, there's no financial benefit in that decision as you would have to buy them in from either a disreputable source or at the full RRP from a retailer.
