I have a question for the waxing geeks among us.

I've not had a brazillian wax before but was considering having it done for my summer holidays, which start on Thursday, but my question is about whether I should.

As I haven't had it done before, could I find regrowth or ingrown problems while i'm on holiday, or should it grow back smoothly and itch free? It's just if there will be issues with it i'd rather not do it and have to deal with them on holiday.

Thanks for any input geeks

GO for it.
Ideally you should have had a Brazilian already (about 2 weeks or so ago) in order to get the hair out from the last hair cycle.
It should last a couple of weeks (depending on your growth rate)before you see hairs poking through, and whilst on holiday remember to exfoliate every day with a loofah or something. This minimises ingrown hairs.
HTHs
Have a fab time.

It shouldn't be itchy and ingrown hairs can sometimes be avoided by regular exfoliating and moisterising. However, I have clients who never do any of that and don't get one, I have clients who do it all and do get them. I would say, don't loofah until you see some there.

It'll be brilliant for your holiday.......you'll love it. xxx

Do it and you wont go back to a normal bikini wax, none of my clients do!

also remember if this is a virgin wax that you could have hairs come through in the following few days due to the cycle of your hair growth. however this does settle down after you have had it done regualry a few times.

Wow ..you are realy getting stuff together for this vacation thats comming up...your old man won't know who he is taking away with him at this rate

Knowing that you are off to see Lubylo for a spraytan before you go it might just be worth asking her about this treatment..im not certain but I believe she is a waxer also...so maybe one visit will get you all shiny and brown at the same time :lol:

enjoy your hol's

LOL. My fella lives overseas, hence the effort! The good part is that for the rest of the time when i'm over here I don't need to bother doing anything

I had my spray tan today and am thrilled with it. Decided to wait on the brazillian as ran out of time but it's definitely on my list to be done soon.

Thanks all for the help.
