Hi all
just a quickie!
Will Wella CT 6/73 be ok to break up highlights? Sis just wants a few fine darker weaved bits thro. Could add a little 6/0 also but just a bit. Am not overly familiar with Colour Touch thats why Im asking. She said she has had this shade previously am checking its warm enough to add over the bleach in very fine sections. Her base is about a 5, and has just the top high lighted so now wants to break it up a bit to match her natural shade but a bit warmer. Thanks

should be fine , depends on how porous the hair is

Was thinking of using 2.8% colour releaser, I used that over my bleached hair and it was fine with the colour touch. Will do test piece first tho. Should I spray down each section slightly too ?

Hi paulette , yes 6/73 it sounds fine with the 1.9% pastel or colour releaser ,
C/Touch is made to go over damp hair ,
so I just spray damp the section of hair to be coloured a bit with water first
before applying it,

but as Liana says depending on if its very bleached or very blonde ...... you could always do a test peice first , just to make sure it doesn't grab :) minky

Thanks Minky, will test a piece first just incase!!

id think the tone will be okay , its how well it will stay in the hair or it may g
oe darker on the ends , but with weave s probably be okay because they blend, if it was chunky double slices id be more apprehensive!

Yes this is what I was thinking as its going to be fine weaved sections, I thought it would be ok. Dont mind too much if it does fade out as its my sister and I do her hair regularly, and to be honest family are the worst as she changes her mind about colours regularly so next time she may decide to do something completely different anyway!! haha
