Bright colour for ruddy skin?

My client is a level 7 with bsl hair, very grown out highlights and suffers from very pink skin due to a skin condition. She loves unnatural hair colours and whenever I've seen her with very dark or bright pinks and purples to me it clashes quite a lot. Overall she is light/warm colouring, blue eyes with golden tones in her hair. I'd love to give her suggestions to try and incorporate her love for bright colours. My instinct says not to lighten her hair too much overall and to steer her towards pastel colours with flashes of brighter colour. Lilac? Rose gold? Blues? Argh! Please help!

I'd look for something blue based rather than pinky/gold if her skin is pink/red.
