Brisa Lite question about a picture a client has sent

Hi guys
I did a full set of tips with brisa French sculpting gel, my client has said 2 have broke and sent me a picture (quality not amazing).

I've only done 3 sets of tips with brisa lite sculpting gel, and haven't used any gel for 3 yrs so confidence is alittle low anyway. But did this crack and break at an and due to too much pressure y my client or could it be I've made the gel too thin?

Any help would great x

Check your apex placement. Nails break with pressure and if the apex is not strong enough.

Although hard to see, the crack looks like a bite crack. Like when you chew on the tip and it cracks from the pressure. A few of my clients had cracks like this and then admitted to chewing the edge or decided to put pressure on the c curve from the sides and it cracked
