Need your help again please! I have a diabetic client who caught her nail while wearing nail extensions. she has broken the seal at the free edge and this extends about quarter the way down her nail, the end of her finger was red and under the nail pus was present. I realy didnt like the look of it and given she was a diabetic i told her to go to her doctor. She did and was given antibiotics and ointment. what would be the best way to ensure the nail re-attaches to the nail bed. should i remove it or infill???

As she is a diabetic with an infection i would leave it well alone until the infection has cleared up hth
someone else may have a different opinion for you

hadn't she been diabetic, I would of taken the product off, and re applied. i did it onme a couple of times, it burns but just a few seconds, way less than withnothing on.

but with a diabetic person i wouldn't dare.
