please can somesone help me i did a fillin on my friend. i use tammy talyor. i blend her good and used no lift primer on her and when i got threw with everything i could see a brown line where i blend at on some of her nails why do this happen is it because of the product or what. please please help me.

a brown line ?
it could indicate some brush contamination.
dip your brush in your liquid monomer and then drain the liqid from the brush on a white tissue. if there is discolouration, your brush is contaminated.

i checked my brush like you said to do i put it in my liquid and wipe it on some tissue and it was clean my brush is new i only use it on two people is there any other reason that brown line could be showing. thank you for your reply i really appreciate it.

perhaps you only "think" you buffed properly. Usually you can see what they are going to look like after acrylic, by using scrubfresh or the equivelant before priming and applying.

You haven't filled out your profile, so we don't know what stage you are at (or your prior experience).

could it be that the existing product on the nail is disscoloured. maybe she is using a tanning cream and its getting into the acrylic?

or perhaps there is still a little lifting before you fill and there is some discolouration behind the lift.

take us through the routine you use to prepare for the treatment.

thank you thank you i did a fillin on my self using a 100/180 grit abrasive to smooth the ledge of acrylic in the new growth area so that it blends into nail plate. two of my nails was lifting and i purposely left the lifting and i applied my primer which went underneath the lifting. then i applied my acrylic, filed, buff, applied cuticle oil and bingo there was the brown line. my other nails i made sure that there was no lifing and there was no brown line there. so that was the problem,( lifting.)so again i thank you alot.

brilliant, problem solved:green:
