Diversenails

I had a client booked in this morning who had dropped a tin on her little finger, the matrix area and nail bed is very bruised as well as the distal phalange area. I did not do the extensions of course but I did tell her to try some kind of Arnica oil and see the doctor... is this classed as diagnosing??!! I said it before I even thought about it :S
