Hi - could anyone suggest another lamp bar from buying the calgel lamp for curing calgel? Im pretty frustrated as although i love calgel and i think their team are lovely Ive had no luck with their lamps (thats two within less than 3 years and they were hardly used and in new condition so are not abused) and they break well before their time and I cant afford to buy a new calgel one. Anyone have any suggestions?

Daylight lamps are good:hug:

try salon serve, i have just ordered one of them today. They have a few to choose from and they are not badly priced as well and you get them next :)

I can't ever go past ebay for consumables like lights, dust suction and drills.
For the same price as two globes from a standard supplier you can buy a 36W lamp with four globes.
Make sure you get one with a timer AND a seperate on/off switch.
You can usually buy the replacement globes from the same seller for less than half the cost of one globe from a traditional supplier.
For ebay, I like the seller glamlabel and getbetterlife
Most people will say that you get what you pay for, and this absolutely applies to your products, but for the long-term consumables? I've had my lamp for 5 years, have replaced the bulbs twice, and once when I dropped it, my hubby had to open the back and tighten the wiring (my bad ;-)

Daylight company all the way!! i bought the mega one (most expensive one ont there website, but im sure u can find the same lamp cheaper if copy and paste the name in google) that u can change the time to what u want and also has a nail dryer built in too!! :) my bulbs are still working now and i have had it over a year!
when i used to work in a salon my tight boss used to buy the cheapest one around and the bulbs only lasted 3 months so dont go down that road. its definatly an investment that machine!!
LOVE IT!! XXX
