I'm sending the nail tech on the Calgel nail art course in Glasgow on Sunday. Just wondering if anyone here has done the course and what they thought? Will she be able to do some designs in time for christmas?

I have done this course, found it very good. If she is already good with calgel and understands how it moves ( hope that makes sense) she will pick it up no problem. I find that gel nailart is different from using paint because of the consistancy. I'm sure she will have a few designs perfect for christmas.

Aww thanks jersey jock, looking forward to seeing all the designs and hope it helps her get inspired with nails again! Never been into nails myself, done the very basic college training, but sometimes wish I got into it again seeing all the lovely nails on this site!
