HI i hope this isnt seen as a strange or weird question though it may be one of weirdest posts you may have read but anyway i was wondering are eithe rof these suitable for men to use only reason i ask is because im a nail biter and a female colleague in work got some clear overlays applied to help stop her biting and while hers looked shiny i wondered if they would work for me. ahe seemed to think so but i decided to ask all you professionals what you think. i obviously dont want them to look really shiny but my hands are kind of in the public view constantly and its getting embarrasing at times when they are bitten a bit and want help to stop.... many thanks in advance to your replies

There is no reason that a natural nail overlay couldn't be applied to a man if done in a way where it would look natural and not thick and fake looking. I had a gentleman come to me because his nails were in such bad shape from doing construction. His wife suggested to him to get his nails done so they would look nice. You know that you will have to keep them maintained on a regular basis. And maybe after time you can have them removed and not bite them. Good luck!
