Calling all Salon System users!

Hi, I've just trained with the Salon Systems range and on doing searches on this site, the brand doesn't seem to come up with many search results and I don't know why!?

I have some Q's about the best way to remove gels (it's currently taking me 2 hours!) using the the buff the acetone soak off method. But the gel residue is just going hard when I take the acetone off, so the remainder doesn't scrape off. I've only practiced these on myself at the mo (thank goodness!) so really want some direction before I do removals on a client.

I have contacted my educator yesterday, but am waiting for her to reply. So thought (or hoped I'd get a response from one of you nail girlies / guys first).

Help!

I have no experience with salon systems, but it sounds as though what you are using is a buff off gel which is the reason why the acetone does not penetrate through.

Have just read both threads....I really think you should follow the advice given on previous thread..contact your educator! You should not have to ask this question once! if you have paid for training! complain!
