Can I buy OPI Gelcolor kit at Beauty UK ?

Hi,

Does anyone know if I will be able to purchase the OPI Gelcolor kit & lamp tomorro at Birmingham? I really want to do the 5 hour training with them but am finding it difficult to get a model to travel to watford with me.

I have done manicures/pedicures/enhancements at a local college, so would they sell me the kit without the training day?
