Can I paint gelish gel polish on acrylic?

I have a lady booked in this morning for plain sculptured acrylics painted blue however I don't have the shade I want in normal nail polish but I do in the gelish. Can I paint it on acrylic without using a base coat?

With shellac you can,just have to leave base coat out

No foundation, straight to colour and TIO x
