Hi all,

I'm new to posting but having been reading posts & replies for a few months now.

I'm fairly new in this trade.

Trained in L&P with The Edge.

Here's my problem.

I have a client booked in for a full set of L&P's around 8pm this evening.

Thing is i have just noticed (bad of me i know) that i am running really low on my Clear Acrylic powder, and do not think it will be enough to do both hands on my client.

I do however have 3/4 of a bottle of the Edge quick nails clear dipping powder left over from when i tried out the dipping system last month (did not like it), and was wondering would i be able to use this powder instead?

Or would it not mix as well with the liquid??

Hopefully someone can enlighten me!

Thanks in advance Lynsey.

not sure about this... but try it on yourself

Also do you have any pink powder you could use

I agree with Marion try it on a practice nail tip and see what happens

Or could you not give The Edge a call and ask them?

"Dipping" powder is an acrylic powder, but often in a 'finer' grade (smaller particles) so that the dipped nail won't look cloudy.
I used to use coloured acrylic powders by EZ flow for my dips, rather often, in place of the regular powder.
The reverse, true enough......

I personally don't see the problem with it.
But I don't use Edge, so give your rep a call.

hth's:hug:
