Yes

But mustn't leave an inhibition layer - see Sam Biddles site. I don't think there are any soak offs that fit the bill - so you are restricted to buff off gels. Unless any geeks know of any.

LEF is right the only non cleanse gel top coat I can think of is harmonys gelish hard gel dry armour. I'm sure there are other non cleanse top coats but I don't use any other brands so i can't name u any.
