Could i cap a glitter with a sheer pink??
When capping with clear do I make zone 1 a bit thinner then cap???

Yes you can cap glitter with your pink...obviously depending on the colour of the glitter layer. If using pink glitter capping with your pink powder is great...not so great over a black glitter when I would prefer to cap in clear.
When working with glitter powders always just apply a thin layer, keep the glitter dense for your look, but not thick. Then cap in clear or pink for your strength and structure. HTH
