Caramel balyage

I have had some balyage done and I’d say the lightest my hair lifted was to a base 8/9. I’m still wanting a shine through my hair so what a nice caramel/beige toner. Can anyone suggest if a semi would be better than a permanent? As I do know that semis are kinder to the hair and give more shine!

Also if anyone can recommend some good conditioning treatments that would be fab!

You shouldn’t really use a permanent tint to tone, a semi or demi is better for your hair. What do you usually use?
