Hi guys I've got really bad cellulite on my thighs and it's really getting me down was just wondering if anyone has tried anything that actually works? I exfoliate and moisturise regulary but it's not making a difference, was thinking of trying the avon cream, and have seen tablets on ebay?? any advice would be greatfully appreciated  xx

Spend 10 mins every morning and evening massaging the area and you will see a dramatic improvement. G5 is also a good treatment for this followed by vacuum suction.
People may disagree but I think the creams are a load of nonsense. It's all about eating healthy and taking regular exercise that will get rid of it xxx

I massage in the shower in the morning, and massage moisturiser in at nyt and no change  I dont have a very healthy diet as I dont eat veg  lol and have'nt excerised for a while but even when I was excersing 3 time a week I still had cellulite. Whats g5? xx

It's a vibrating massaging machine. Are you getting right down with your massage? You need to be quite firm. All it is, is little pockets of trapped fluid. So by massaging and draining to lymph nodes them you will reduce this. Caffeine can play a part in cellulite too.
I used to have it on the side of my legs. I massaged every day and night (still do) cut out tea and swapped it for green tea. I don't eat past 6pm and limit chocolate and crisps to weekends only.
I drink tons of water also. This helps to flush it away. I have 2 little dimples now.

I do a treatment by Gerard's called Seaweed Cellulite, it does temporarily improve the condition of cellulite, but as all treatments like this, it is geared towards improving the condition and appearance not curing it for ever.

its a massage to the thighs then a seaweed wrap. I have had some very pleased clients, but they all know its a temporary solution, and ideal for a kickstart to lifestyle improvement.

remember Princess Di had cellulite and she was fit.

Diet could make a big difference - I've always seen a vast improvement in my cellulite when I've eaten a "clean" diet. I always feel miles better as well and it definitely makes your skin/hair/nails nicer too.
The most evil things are fizzy drinks of any type and anything made with flour or sugar, and caffeine and booze don't help.
Dunno if this has anything to do with it but I swear my cellulite is better since I gave up smoking...

(Unfortunately I tend to crack after a few months and live on sweets hence I don't look like Beyonce! At least we live in a fairly cold climate, I haven't worn anything above the knee without tights since I was about 12!)

You are right hun, smoking definitely plays a part in it. All the toxins you are inhaling will store somewhere! Sometimes it just better not to eat or even breathe ha ha  xxx
