I am currently using nsi l&p and calgel but im thinking of changing the calgel to nsi balance gel system, what do u think? If i was to do this how would i convience my clients to change, i dont want to loose them:confused:

totally totally different gel...like CHALK and CHEESE!

What do you think you'll get from nsi balance that you dont get from calgel?

im looking at becoming an nsi distributor so ill get discount from the products, i would also need to know the products inside out. I love the calgel but its very expensive and i hate that is yellows slightly. I also hate doing calgel with tips.

Agree Calgel is VERY expensive....:green: and agree yes it CAN yellow on some peeps (if they smoke/dont use aftercare products) have you tried putting a tiny bit of the calgel purple into the clear? i've found this combats the discolouring.

I dont use calgel with tips i only scuplt so cant comment on that ...are you having strength issues?

The main differences are:

Calgel is FLEXIBLE, nsi is more ridgid
Calgel obviously a soak off...nsi a file off

Best bet is to get a small kit and triall a few clients see how you get on!

Good luck:hug:

One is a soak off and the other a buff off, there's no reason you can't use them both side by side, they both have a place :D

thanks for both your comments. Running them both side y side is a good idea. iv been told about adding purple before how much shoulkd i add to a 25g pot

Hi Rebecca,

If you drop me an e-mail [email protected] i will send you the instructions for adding a small amount of purple in your clear.

We also have Superclear gel, which i use, applied over our normal clear gel in a thin layer and cured for 1 min. As a sunbed user i find this helps keep my french perfect for much longer, would be brilliant for you in spain.

Even if you are a distributor for NSI you must still see the benefits of offering a soak off system. Some clients will not change and that is fine let them hav ethe system they prefer as their custom is paying for their products if you find that you change over and only say 10 of your clients want Calgel then yes you will have to phase it out and risk losing them. I dont see why you cant offer both.

try le chat, its really nice gel, i'm calgel for colour at the mo but love le chat for the clear and the top coat, with the top coat its a much stronger gel and good over tips x

Hi Beckie

I use Calgel and Balance. Some clients prefer the soak off for others they prefer Balance as it's non yellow. I tend to use calgel for the toes. I would keep the two and do side by side as suggested by others.
