Childrens pamper parties

Hi everyone im thinking of starting doing childs pamper parties within my salon or in the home of the child, just wondering if weI were to offer pink lemonade with strawberries in the glass and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows, fudge and fruit pieces would I need some kind of food hygiene certificate or inspection? I was thinking of having cupcakes made up too from a local baker, would the above apply?
also what do you all do for boys at pamper parties?
(For the girls im doing manicure/ pedicures, glitter tattoos, crafts/fashion show with novelty props like feather boas/ giant sunglasses and so on)
