Hiya Geeks,

Before you all tell me your favourite type of wax for brazillian wax... (I know Perron Rigot seems to be dead popular.)

..can anybody let me know their experience with Clean and Easy? My collegue did a course yesterday and the clean and easy was their brand of choice. However it did snap and took a long time to harden apparently. Our treatment room has no window and does get warm quickly, so is there a quicker hardening wax? And does anybody else work in a warm room and does it effect treatments?

Spend lots of time on here so sorry if this is a bit of a repetative thread?

Thanks Guys!

Hi,

When I started brazilian waxing, I used Clean & Easy, but that was before I discovered PR, and later Berins.

I think it's fair to say it is a lesser quality wax and probably the main reason for breakages would be a shortage of plasticisers in the wax. However, the biggest bugbear for me was the lack of ease in topping up the pot! For instance, when your tin falls to about half full, you really need to take it out and melt a new one, but it can take a long time to melt hard wax! So other than the improved flexibility offered by PR and Berins, the way it is manufactured in beads (pellets) is also a real advantage because it makes it so easy to keep your pot topped up.

Hope that makes sense!

Good luck
