I would like to start sending clients a birthday card with a treatment offer inside and have been looking on the net for birthday cards I can buy in bulk with a hair/beauty salon theme. Has anyone else found a supplier for this? Thanks

I've just sent you an email about lash extensions!

I used to send all my clients a birthday card which I bought from Phoenix cards at £1 each. However, as I now have over 200 clients it's a tad expensive so I send them all e-cards, via www.Jacquilawson.com
At £11 for a two year subscription which allows you to send as many cards as you like to up to 500 email addresses it's extremely good value!

(Can you let me know about lash extensions, please?!)

Thanks Lynne - I'll go onto that link and have a nosey!

I'll just log onto my emails and send you a reply :)

That is a lovely & very personal touch.

What kind of offer was you thinking to add inside?
Would you include something like "to be used in 3 months"?

I get my gift vouchers made at vistaprint which could be doubled up as birthday cards, they work out very cheap & the more you buy the cheaper they get.
You could maybe make your own birthday cards on their site with all your own logos, details etc on.

How will you store all your clients birthdays?

I send my clients out birthday cards. I buy my cards from the card factory where you get 10 cards for £1 and i put a little voucher in for 15% off any treatment or product they buy. I always run it for the month of there birthday, but they have to bring the voucher with them.

That's what I do as well

I use vistaprint postcards for my clients birthdays. I had 100 for free with their offers, so every time an offer comes through, i re order more! Ive designed a birthday themed postcard and thanked then for their loyalty and custom as a special birthday present I offer them a mini make over and validate it for 2 weeks. Then as an incentive give 15% off make up purchases on that day they come in so im not left out of pocket.
But you can easily incorporate different offers to suit.
