Hi All,

I was just wondering if any of you could help me with the wording of my client notice stating that no refunds will be given and in the unlikely event of them not being happy they will need to come back for me to have a look and then I will decide if it is an error I have done or they have done, blah, blah, blah and also if there is anything else I need to state to the client.

I have just tried to word a notice on my price list but it just doesn't sound right!

Also, does anybody have an example of an aftercare advice leaflet.

I design and print my own price lists etc, so just wanted to have some kind of example to follow.

Hope you are all having a great day and hope you all have a lovely weekend.

xx

hiya can't help with the first however i print my a/c from my computer and when i have done nails (still at college) i have stuck it to the back of my card so they keep it with them !!

i picked out the most relevant ones i.e gloves for chores, return if they have any lifting, if a small crack appears file gently, that sort of thing

also advise on cuticle oil, hand creams, nail brush that kind of thing !!

if your doing vctc you'll have to make one as part of the written work :)

Thanks hun.

I just didn't want to miss anything out and if there wa any particular wording (for legal reasons) we had to use or we had to leave out.

Hope you are enjoying your course.

We make every effort to make your nail treatment perfect and to ensure you are happy before you leave the salon. If you have any complaints then we need to see them immediately. Nails that have been tampered with by the client will not be repaired without a charge.

Thank you so much Geeg. I really do appreciate it.

Just one query ........... if a client comes back to you and says that their polish has peeled off (natural nails), do you give them a refund or do you re-do it?

I have never given a refund ever in my life.

I think I would re do and explain that if the polish peeled off again then she can't wear polish. I've actually never had a client whose polish peeled off. Usually if they have that problem then they tell you first in which case I would tell them that I wouldn't guarantee that my polish wouldn't do the same thing. Some clients cannot wear polish.
