Hi everyone i have got a client who wants gel extensions doing later this week. The lady told me herself she has MS. I think it can be quite a serious illness and i'm guessing she may be taking medicine of some sort for this. Does anyone know if it safe for her to have her nails done? I have not done her nails before and just wanted to double check its ok? Sorry if it sounds like a silly question. Any advice would help x

You and your client should be fine. When doing her consultation explain the procedure and how to look after them. You'll probably find she has dry/brittle nails due to the medication.

I have MS and am a Nail Tech.
Your client will be fine. The only thing you might have to be aware of, is if she is having an attack, her joints might be a bit painful, but she will let you know that.
Don't worry, she will be fine with any treatment, even if you are using a UV or LED lamp!!
