Client with nicotine stains

Hi, I have a client tomorrow for french nno's and I think she has some nicotine staining to her natural nails. I use CND Brisa Gels, and was wondering if the stains will become reduced with prep, or if I should use pink instead of clear? Not come across this before, so need some advice please xx

Prep should remove all nicotine stains. You could lightly take a block buffer over the plate before you even begin your prep and then carry on as normal. If you have it, a good pre-scrub with Nail Brite could also help.

If it is so bad that there is some staining left, then pink will be fine and better still the Warm or Cool Pink coverage gels. If you haven't come across these yet, I would order them because they are lovely, obviously for coverage, and for extending the nail bed and for giving a beautiful makeover to those clients who need it.

i have done ladies who smoke, but never with nicotine stains, so wasnt sure how deep they penetrate or if they come off, thanks so much for the advice
