Everytime i watch the CND videos they always break up and are jerky, does anyone else have this problem. Or does anyone know how i can solve the problem..xx

Hi Carole,

Thk it could be a player problem. Your pc is playing the video faster than your pc can download it.

There is a scroll bar at the bottom of the screen with a pause button and when clicked on will be the play button.

You need to pause the video and allow the video buffer (download onto your pc), there is a dark shadow that will run accross from right to left and when it has got to the left hand side your video is ready to watch.

Hope this is clear, depending on the broadband speed you have and the pc - this will dictate how long it takes, just a couple of minutes usually.

i have this problem, just let it run through once and when you hit play again it will play just fine.

I let the video start, press pause, go away and do something else for half an hour and by the time I'm done the video's usually downloaded :wink2:

I too found this but weirdly when i watched it on youtube it was fine!...xXx

This is great advice and something I do too. They have to buffer up and can't just 'play' - well they can but then the rest hasn't finished downloading hence the 'gritty' bits. Do as advised and you should be fine

Thank you everyone for the advice, just tryed it and wow its works..xx
