Colour advice?

Was looking for some advice...

My client is around a base 2/3 and is looking for the colour in photo attached... First of all can any of you suggest a colour close to this?? I have never used a colour like this previously... Secondly would you suggest using a colour stripper or bleach bathe to lighten the hair previous to applying this new colour? Thanks in advance

Hi. You need to provide a bit more information so that people can understand properly. She's a base 2/3 you say, so do you mean naturally or coloured ? What colour house do you use?

Sorry that's coloured base.. She doesn't like being so dark. I usually use igora myself

Ok and is it box colour or professional ? If box I would definitely do an incompatibility test to check for any metallic salts present

You'd be very lucky to get that result straight away from black box colour
