Hi

I did a full head of bleach hilights 3% then I toned all over with igora vibrance 9 1/2 1 and 8.0 😄

I've just posted two lots in the other thread because I didn't see this one - oops! Sorry ☺️

So, yesterday I had a lovely colour challenge. My client is Indonesian and has a natural level 3/4 with an old home colour dip-dye near the ends... And was very thick and very long - bottom length. (Picture 2) and she wanted a lighter, soft caramel/ toffee all over colour.(picture 1)

I used Wella 8/1 with /81 and 40 volume. I also used wella blondor and 1.9% to soften the dip die and blend it with the new colour. Really happy with the results and we are going to balayage some pieces around the front hairline next week. (Photo 3).

I'm not the best photographer but colour was even from roots through to mid lengths - photo doesn't do justice! And I used 3 1/2 tubes of tint!!

A few hahaha. Love colour correction. Favorite part of this job. Makes me so sad to hear people refuse the work of colour correction. Cant wait to see this thread fill up! X

Kind Regards, Ellis :)

(Last pic- the before pic was taken after 1 go from almost black, and the after was 2 times later)

Blondor and 6% on mid lengths and ends, rinsed and applied Blondor and 6% full head, then toned with 10/69 illumina and pastel. I didn't want a white/platinum look, more like a sand blonde look.

This client came to me after getting a dip dye done that she really didn't like. Corrected with a half head of foils and a glossing all over. This is a brilliant thread!!

Wow you fixed it!
I think where possible we should state what we have used on the clients hair xx

Anymore work to add to this thread x

I lightened this lady's hair after it went too dark..... She wanted a nice warm brown. I did a ful head of bleach highlights with 3% and packed in fine weaves. Then toned the whole lot with 6/0 after for 10 mins to give more of an all over shade lighter effect. X ImageUploadedBySalonGeek1404369196.681385.jpgImageUploadedBySalonGeek1404369364.891423.jpg

First two were achieved using bleach and 3% at back, 6% through top. Then toned with (7a first pic, 8a second pic)
Third pic same but didn't need a toner only needed purple shampoo x
