Colour help please

Hi need a bit of advice ..my client has bleach and toned hair all over ...she wants to go back to a highlighted effect with an all over base of around a level 7 ...she liked 7.4 in the viton s range
I was thinking of putting the already blonde hair in foils with conditioner then flooding inbetween but I was wondering if I needed to pre pig and if yes what do you recommend ...she's around a natural base 6-7 with short hair thankyou

Use a Demi, you will still get fade so maybe 1/2 7+ 1/2 6 make sure you don't use a flat throw in some warmth
