I want to go for all over blonde, highlights and highlight, to something that is a little less maintenance and cost (this costs me about £250 each appointment!). I love the look Billie Faires has, I'll attach pics. Can anyone tell me how they would achieve this, and would my hair still need to be bleached to achieve this? My hair colourist tells me my natural hair is a dark blonde (but it looks light/mid brown).
If anyone has any advice or tips for a lower maintenance blonde I'd much appreciate it. Also my hair is just shoulder length with layers, so a balayage wouldn't work, as I still want to feel blonde.
