Hi, I have a client who has colours wella 5.4, with a few bleach slices, she has roots of about 50% grey, and now she wants to go lighter!

She has showed me a photo of the colours she likes, they look like shades 9.38, 9.8 and 9.17 in the wella shade chart.

Any advice the best way to achieve these colours?

I have explained to my client, its probably not going to be exactly what she expects.

Thanks much appreciated xxxx:confused::)

You are probably better off going straight to the bleach. Grey hair is usually tough enough, just keep an eye on it. a 30 volume cocktail should be able to get you there in one go.
Also when you formulate to color it remember that you have to counteract the additional warmth.
