Hi, I would appreciate some advice on this please, we are looking to take on a part time self employed therapist on a casual weekend basis, we already have someone lined up for this. What I would like to know is what is a reasonable commission rate to pay. The therapist will be carrying out holistic therapies and will not be supplying anything(towels oils etc) other than her talents. As she will be working on a casual as needed basis we feel a commission would be a fairer pay than an hourly rate. Any thoughts or comments would be gratefully received.

thanks

I have 2 x therapists that I can call on when I'm busy (both have families, so are too tied up to work full time). I provide everything - clients, towels, products, etc etc. I pay them 50% of what they make. Both are happy with that, and I am too as I am not turning business away.
