Confused about lash perming HELP!

Hello!

New on here and need some help!

I am studying at the moment and seem to have 2 sets of notes that contradict each other about where the lash perm wave solution actually goes!

Does it only go in a line across the base of the lashes or does it go over the complete lashes?!?!

Is it then the same for the neautriliser as well!

hi, I teach my students to put the eyelash perming solution all over the eyelashes mot just at the base, same with the fixer too.

I coat the full lashes with the solution making sure i don't touch the skin.
This way you are perming the whole lash.
