Consultation Forms

Hi geeks,
Just a quick question. I'm just putting together confirmation letters for the pamper parties and was wondering to send out the consultation forms with the confirmation letter or am I best to wait until I turn up to do the party?
Your help would be greatly appreciate.

you will also need to send consent forms 'for the younger ones' out to the mothers 'or to the host which they then get the parents to sign', and have them there signed on the day you turn up.
oh i would send the consultation form out with it so the mothers can fill that in as well, all ready for the day!
