Continuing design by attaching to skin. How to?

I am doing a set of media nails and want to continue some of the design onto the finger and hand.
Now what would i use to attach things like rhinestones and confetti to the skin?

Not tried it myself but if it's just rhinestones and confetti type stuff wouldn't that glue you stick false eyelashes on with work if it's just for media?

you can also stick them with some L&P clear, we do it in Nail Art competition/shows. desinfect the skin before applying it and stays quite well.
