I have a lady for waxing and it's turning into a nightmare for us both!
She has very dark, course, strong hair. She says if she shaves, she gets 5 o' clock shadow!
I am using Hive cream wax on her and it's not taking all the hair out and she is finding it painful.
All my other clients are saying what a brilliant experience it is with me and not painful.
What would be the best wax to use on this lady. I have used Hive hot wax to, but I really just don't get on with it.
Can someone help me please. I am still so new to waxing and it's been going so well on others... this has thrown me abit.

Hot wax is definitely better for getting short, stubborn hairs out and it is much gentler on the skin too.

What aspect of the hot wax are you having a problem with?

All of it!! lol
I just don't seem to get it right!
