Lately ive found it a little difficult to create an appealing looking gel enhancement with a rounded free edge. Square I have no problems with.

I have a client in particular with rounded free edges .. and im just not happy. The overall finish doesnt look sleek. Anyone help me out on this one?

When I am creating a rounded free edge I

swipe the sidewalls, keeping my elbows in at my side,
Keep even movements, so either drag down towards you, on both sides with the file,
or see saw motions, , but keep it the same on both,

Then I would round of the edge keeping my file flat against the free edge In a see saw movement, Like sweeping motion,
using my wrist only to make the curve,

and then fianlly I angle my file under the free edge, and will tidy up the corners where the rounded edge meets the sidewall....again keep it to either gentle seesaw motion OR dragging sweeps,

I use a high grit abrasive for this bit, to make sure I dont take any off, I am just tidying up,

That should hopefully work if I have explained it correctly
