Hi Geeks,

So I have a client whose hair has faded out to like a 6/7 and she wanted to do a semi colour, chocolate brown. I chose to use colour touch 5/73 with 4%. I applied to roots first then the ends for 10 mins but i may of left it an extra 5 mins by accident? i can't remember well as we were chatting, but basically it came out like a 3!! i know its a semi so it will fade out and she seemed ok with it but what can i do to avoid it? shall i maybe use a 6 next time? or not leave it in as long?

help!!

Semis/quasis can go a little darker when the hair is porous so maybe go up half a shade to a full shade. Also maybe just use 1.9% if there isn't much grey
