Deciding for clients, L&P or Gel?

Most of the time I can decide quite easily which system to use on a client, out of acrylic and gel. Depending on the lifestyle and if they've had enhancements before, i find out what they had and how they got on with them.

However, sometimes I get really stuck and can't decide which would be best. Any tips on choosing the correct system for the client?

Trail and error I have found works best on the clients you can decide on which system is best for! I have had 3 clients that wanted Gel to begin with and they were coming back with around 4-5 breakages every 2 weeks! Anyway, they were all admitedly heavy handed, so we both decided to swap them onto L&P just to see, and all 3 come back with 10 nails intact every 2 weeks.
On my own nails and from feedback from clients, most find L&P much stronger than Brisa gel, so prefer it for its strength.
