Designer Tips Application?

I am going ahead and buying some CC, LV GUCCI tips, although I am wondering if I apply the same as my regular tips? I am just afraid that filing these designer tips will make the airbrushing file off, which in return would look terrible. Any advice?

I've used pre designed tips before and I didn't file the top of them at all, just took the well out and they were fine. Product stayed put etc.

So you just glued on the tip and then put the gel over top?
How do you take the well out?
