Different hand types- shape nails

Hi their
can any one tell me what shape nails suit short fat fingers..lol.
I know this sounds like a crazy thing to ask cause, i should know this being a nail tech but i find it hard to what shape nails to suit these hand shape???:grr:

I'm no expert, but i think an oval of almond shape nail suits short fingers.

They say that you should go by the shape at the top of the nail near the cuticle. So if they are more rounded, go with a rounder shape and etc. I think it works well xxx

I agree, it elongates the fingers and makes them appear slimmer.

If the short, fat fingers have a wide nail plate with a squarish cuticle, then I go for a soft square that just barely extends past the fingertip. If the nail is round at the cuticle, I'll suggest a round shape for the extention edge. I personally don't think that short, fat fingers look their best with longer extensions, but that's my personal opinion.
