Differentiation for learners in beauty CERT ED Tutors??

Hi Ladies,

I am hoping you can help. I am working on a subject specialism report.

I have to build a report and am looking for some advice on my report.

I have identified a few weaknesses and am looking for advice on such.

I would like to research diffentiation for my report. My current learners are very varied, all have a standard to good level of numeracy and literacy. Some learners have learning difficulties dyslexia and some learners have mental health issues.

A different class of mine have poorer levels of literacy and are ESOL learners.

Any ideas for how i can use diffentiation within my sessions other than the basic i.e. using different colour paper for learners with dyslexia

my thoughts other than different coloured paper would be font type and size. Also visual learning such as pictures, presentations models etc. role play demos getting hands on. Research, field trips. Obviously a lot depends on what you are actually teaching ie theory verses practical but most things can be adapted.
