After talking to the pay and works right helpline which is part of the official government body they have advised me you have to pay me at least minimum wage in my case £6.19 per hour irrelevant of contract or not. Failure to do so will result in the HMRC investigating you on my behalf.
You currently owe me £139.27 at the minimum wage rate.
